The MLS (Multiple Listing Service) was created by Realtors and is only accessible by Realtors. The MLS is a database of information for property, which Realtors search when looking for property. Research shows that over 90% of homes are sold through the MLS!

After a home is listed in the MLS, it will appear on Realtor.com, the public access site, exposing your home to 6.6 million buyers a month! The only way to have your home listed on Realtor.com is by having it listed in the MLS.

Post pictures and a detailed description of your home. You will also receive access to flyers and FAR approved documents and forms.

How We Do It For Free
Franklin Bell Realty receives a small administrative fee from the Buyer's Agent's Commission when your home sells. This is a nominal fee and is standard in the real estate industry.
Additionally, Franklin Bell Realty offers additional products and services to our clients. We believe that sellers who wish to sell their house should have access to do so, and if they need additional help, we are here to help. Some of the additional products and services we offer include contract preparation, virtual tours (to enhance your Realtor.com listing), and lockboxes. These products and services are available; however, our clients are under NO OBLIGATION to purchase any of them.
