*If a buyer's agent brings you a buyer, you are required to pay the percentage agreed upon at the time of listing, or as modified in writing after listing and before showing. Franklin Bell Realty, LLC receives a $300.00 fee deducted from the buyer's agent commission, commonly referred to in the industry as a listing fee.
