Q:  What start up fees are required to get started?
A:  There are NO start up fees or costs to get started with Franklin Bell.  It is your business.  As the owner, your decisions determine your expenses.  We will help you create a business plan and budget that fits your current situation. 

Q:   Does Franklin Bell have an office?
A:  Yes, our office is located in Lakeland on Lakeland Hills Blvd. 

Q:  Can I work from home?
A:  Yes, most of our agents have set up a home office and work from home. 

Q:  Can I work part-time or full time?
A:  We accept both part-time and full time agents.

Q:  Is there a sales quota that must be met monthly?
A:  No.  Your activity and success is up to you. 

Q:  Are there any hidden fees?
A:  No.  Our compensation packages clearly outline what agents will be paying for.  Agents are also responsible for their board and MLS dues. 

Q:  Will I be required to specialize in a certain area?
A:  No.  The choice is yours.  You decide where you would like to work and what division of real estate you would like to work in. 

Q:  How long does it take to switch to Franklin Bell?
A:  Upon receipt of your information, we can switch your license the same day. 

Q:  Who supplies signs, lockboxes, etc.?
A:  Our agents have such a lucrative program that they purchase their own tools for success.  If you need a sign, lockbox, or other materials, we have those available for purchase. 

Q:  Am I able to use the free MLS listings tool?
A:  Absolutely!  This is such a great way to get your foot in the door with potential clients.  You can list the property yourself, or our staff will list the property.  Who knows, they may decide to switch to full-service!
